Welcome to our tribute to the great drummer Karen Carpenter. She was a fantastic drummer and musician...more than just a drummer who sang! Rather than go into her bio, we want to showcase her talents on the drums during her time with The Carpenters.

Karen was more than just a drummer.....really a percussionist who sang and played the drums. She loved studying complex time signatures and later incorporated these into her unique sound on the drums. A prefect example is in the video below...forward the clip to 2:30 and you will see!
